記録とデータRecords & Data

記録はどこに保存されますか？

お使いのiPhoneの中だけに保存されます。サーバーには送っていないので、アカウント登録は必要ありません。

機種変更のとき、記録は引き継げますか？

はい。次のどちらかの方法で新しいiPhoneを設定すると、記録も一緒に移ります。

  • クイックスタート（古いiPhoneを近づけてデータを移す方法）
  • iCloudバックアップから復元

念のため、機種変更の前に 設定 → バックアップ → ファイルに書き出す で、記録のコピーをiCloud Driveなどに保存しておくと安心です。

アプリを削除するとどうなりますか？

記録と、端末内のバックアップの両方が消えます。削除する前に ファイルに書き出す でコピーを取っておいてください。

書き出したファイルから記録を戻すには？

設定 → バックアップ → ファイルから読み込む で、保存したファイルを選びます。読み込み方法は2つから選べます。

  • 追加：今の記録に足す
  • 置き換え：今の記録を消して、ファイルの内容に入れ替える

以前のバージョンで書き出した coffee-palette-○○.json も、そのまま読み込めます。

間違えて記録を消してしまいました

設定 → バックアップ → この端末のバックアップから戻す で、前の状態に戻せます。

  • Premiumでは記録を変えるたびに自動で保存されるので、消す直前の状態から戻せます。
  • 無料プランでは、最後に この端末にバックアップする を押した時点の状態に戻ります。
Where are my records stored?

Only on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a server, so you don't need an account.

Will my records carry over to a new iPhone?

Yes. Set up your new iPhone in either of these ways and your records come with it:

  • Quick Start (bring your old iPhone close to transfer data directly)
  • Restore from an iCloud backup

To be safe, save a copy before you switch with Settings → Backup → Write out to a file and keep it in iCloud Drive or similar.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your records and the on-device backup are both deleted. Save a copy with Write out to a file before deleting.

How do I restore records from an exported file?

Go to Settings → Backup → Read from a file and choose your saved file. You can pick how to import it:

  • Add: adds to your current records
  • Replace: deletes your current records and replaces them with the file's contents

Files exported from earlier versions (coffee-palette-….json) can be read as they are.

I deleted a record by mistake

Use Settings → Backup → Restore from this device to go back to an earlier state.

  • With Premium, a backup is saved automatically whenever you edit, so you can restore the state from just before the deletion.
  • On the free plan, you return to the last time you tapped Back up to this device.

QRコードQR Codes

QRコードで豆の情報を受け取るには？

iPhoneの標準カメラでQRコードを読み取ると、#coffeeが開き、記録フォームに豆の情報が入ります。記録フォームの「ロースター」の横にある QR ボタンからも読み取れます。読み取りは無料プランでも使えます。

QRコードが読み取れません

次の点を試してください。

  • 明るい場所で、QRコード全体が画面に入るようにする
  • 印刷したQRコードに汚れや折れがないか確かめる
  • 情報量の多いQRコードは小さく印刷すると読みにくくなるので、大きめに印刷する
How do I receive bean details from a QR code?

Scan the QR code with the iPhone Camera app. #coffee opens and fills in the bean details on the record form. You can also scan with the QR button next to "Roaster" on the record form. Scanning is free.

A QR code won't scan

Try the following:

  • Scan in good light with the whole code inside the frame
  • Check that the printed code isn't smudged or creased
  • Codes with a lot of information are hard to read when printed small — print them larger

Premium

Premiumでできること
  • 自動バックアップ：記録を変えるたびに自動で保存され、消してしまっても戻せます
  • QRコード作成：豆の情報をQRコードにして、印刷用の画像（PNG）を保存できます

記録・フレーバー・評価・検索などの基本機能は、すべて無料で使えます。

料金はいくらですか？

月額制です。金額は、お住まいの国のApp Storeの通貨で、アプリの購入画面に表示されます。

解約するには？

アプリの中からは解約できません。iPhoneの 設定 → 一番上の自分の名前 → サブスクリプション → #coffee から解約してください。次の更新日の24時間前までに解約すると、次の請求はありません。

解約すると記録はどうなりますか？

記録はそのまま残ります。

  • 更新日までは、Premiumの機能を引き続き使えます。
  • 更新日を過ぎると、自動バックアップは止まります。保存済みのバックアップからは、いつでも戻せます。
機種変更や再インストールでPremiumが外れました

購入したときと同じApple IDでサインインした状態で、設定 → 購入を復元する を押してください。

返金してほしい

返金はAppleが受け付けています。reportaproblem.apple.com から申し込んでください。

What does Premium include?
  • Automatic backup: saved automatically whenever you edit, so you can undo accidental deletes
  • QR code creation: turn bean details into a QR code and save a print-ready image (PNG)

Logging, flavors, ratings, search, and every other core feature are free.

How much does it cost?

It's a monthly subscription. The price is shown on the purchase screen in the app, in your App Store country's currency.

How do I cancel?

You can't cancel from inside the app. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → #coffee. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

What happens to my records if I cancel?

Your records stay as they are.

  • You can keep using Premium features until your renewal date.
  • After that, automatic backup stops. You can still restore from saved backups at any time.
Premium disappeared after switching iPhones or reinstalling

Sign in with the same Apple ID you purchased with, then tap Settings → Restore Purchases.

I'd like a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Please request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
